i bought the 360 version, where uis my upgrade

i cant for the life of me figure out how to download advanced warfare for free on my xxbox one. I bought it on 360(digital for 60$), i can play it on my 360, but yet i cant download it on my one, why?

Free Xbox One Upgrade availability

Hello everyone

Does anyone know exactly when is the upgrade for X1 going to be available? I bought my digital copy yesterday and still cant find the upgrade copy. On a different subject, where the Day Zero add-ons applied to the 360 version? I cant seem to find mine.

See im not the only one. I wanted the xbox one version mainly but now i cant even get it why?

 

I only got it because every other upgrade was easy, this really is infuriating

Alright, first off, let me tell you that EVERYONE, I repeat, EVERYONE is having this problem. Apparantly, the digital upgrade does not get you the day zero access, but is supposed to register today. Still hasn't happened for me, but I read on Activision
support somewhere that it should register on your xbox one 24 hours after you start the campaign on the 360. Just start a level of the campaign and wait. That is all we can do.

The good news is that because everone is having this issue, that means it WILL be fixed eventually, and none of us should get gypped out of our free upgrades. Hope it gets sorted out soon!

If you purchased a digital copy of Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare for Xbox 360 or PlayStation 3, you can upgrade your game for free within your console family. This offer is valid until March 31, 2105.

Please note: Free digital upgrades are available November 4 in your region.

Follow the steps below to upgrade your digital copy of Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare:

PlayStation 3 → PlayStation 4

Log into your PlayStation 4 using the same SEN account (PSN ID) used to buy/redeem the Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare Digital Base Game or Season Pass on PlayStation 3.

Navigate to the digital content’s location in the PlayStation Store.

Add the item to your download queue and wait for the download to complete.

Xbox 360 → Xbox One

Log into your Xbox One using the same Microsoft Account (Xbox Live Account) used to buy/redeem the Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare Digital Base Game or Season Pass on Xbox 360.
