I Bought something on Xbox store on web and I don't know how to get it.

Please note that Fortnite packs or items purchased through the Microsoft website are for the Xbox console version of the game, not for PC. In this case, in order for the package to appear in Fortnite on your PC, you need to log in with your account on an Xbox console and open the game. This way, the content of the package will synchronize with your game on other platforms, including PC (provided that your Xbox and Epic Games accounts are linked). Please be aware that this policy is directly imposed by Fortnite and not by Xbox; it is a decision made by the Fortnite team.

You can only do web browser or from a 360. I don't know specifics but I believe it's how the store overlay works.

Hey all, I think I finally found what the problem is and this might sound very stupid. But I think I bought the xbox version instead of the windows version . It was so unclear that I bought the xbox version on the microsoft store web. I bought it as a gift to my kid, and I redeemed it myself on her account on the web. Does anyone know if I can get a refund for this or switch the game from xbox version to the windows version? as it has the same price. This is so stressfull.
