If the purchase appears pending on your credit card and isn't showing in your Xbox account order history, it's a sign that the purchase is still pending or that an error occurred with it. Did you receive an error message after confirming the purchase?

I have to same problem i just bought xbox live but i cant sign in it says that there's something wrong with my account or something like that

Was just trying my luck, it was my mistake as I was rushing and bought something on the wrong account, and won't even be able to get it again as the promotion price has gone.
