I bought something by mistake

Good evening,

today i bought the starter pack of Fortnite (the one that costs 4.99$), then i wanted to send it as a gift to another of my accounts ([Mod removed]), but then the starter pack that i sent to the other account was another starter pack. So basically i bought
two starter pack, one that I wanted, and one that i bought by mistake. I want to know how can I cancel this purchase.

Sorry but it clearly states "no refunds" on games bought from the marketplace.

You can try phoning support for your region & explaining but I doubt they'll refund you as there's nothing wrong with the game

I understand the difficulties in this and similar matters. And of course it is my responsibility as a parent. I see the text "no refunds", but it is 700 swedish money out to nothing. Is there a chance to change the game to another? My kids are 6 and 10 years
old, and I don't want them to play GTA. So can you keep your money and we at least get something we can use?!?

But why isn't there a password or an id to confirm the last step of the buy, like in iTunes/Apple store?!?

You may want to set up some parental controls to stop this happening again
