I bought something but got absolutely NO rewards credits back!

A month or so ago, I bought Rocket League but got no rewards credits back. Help!

purchases not recognized by rewards program

I purchased the X-Men movies back on November 22 as to get the reward credits for a mission in the rewards program (it was called something like, "got to get them all"). The reward was 5000 credits for every movie purchased and i bought 6 of them. I waited
patiently for the purchases to show up on the mission status page and they never did. No the mission has ended and i am without my rewards.

Support will double check to see if there were any offers for that game, but in order to receive credits, your purchases either have to be eligible for a specific offer on the site at the time, or you need at least 1 star level in order to receive VIP rebates.

You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at Xbox Live Rewards .

-or-

2. By earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases back as payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game
consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

Since this title was not on any offers, it was not eligible for offer completion Credits. Since you are a zero star member, you do not get payback Credits on your purchases. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (Xbox Live Rewards).

xbox live rewards deposits credits into your xbox live rewards account based on a variety of activities such as purchases through MS. I got 15,000 credits in march 2016 for buying the division. I bought battlefield 1 in oct 2016 and never got the reward.

PBR9039 - Fixed.

I have both an Xbox One and Xbox 360. I tried to use the MS credit on my Xbox One repeatedly and got this error. I then purchased something on the Xbox 360 and was able to use the credit. I used all of the credit balance and then paid for the rest with my
credit card. The credit balance is now zero on both consoles so I am back to using only my credit card for purchases. I'm guessing that when you get reward credits, Xbox somehow distinguishes between reward credits for the Xbox 360 and reward credits for the
Xbox One. Hopefully they will fix this in the future.

That feels deceptive...the email I got offering the rewards did not say anything about needing to be a hard copy..I still have that email. Almost all my purchases are digital through the Microsoft store. My Vip rank and rewards in general were always geared
towards digital purchases. I probably would not have bought the game if not for the offer of rewards credits. Can you please give me credit assuming I shown you the offer that just said "purchase gold edition before March 22" WHICH I did...I bought the
most expensive version specifically for the rewards credits.
