I bought some content and it said the purchase was declined or use a different method

Hello Kyle, when I checked my purchases it said it was declined even though I downloaded the multiplayer, all of the content packs and all of the cross gen packs, but during the beta when I pre ordered it, it allowed me to play the beta even though my payment got declined, I think it was because they had a price change on the game, cause when I bought it, it was only 60 bucks but now it's 70.

Are you attempting purchase on the console or Xbox.com? Have you tried using a different payment method? Are you unable to purchase any other LIVE time or content as well?

Would be great if you could share a screenshot of the order history showing the status of both purchases so we can help you better

However, if you can't find a purchase on the order history or you have a different status than completed, this means you currently don't own the game

Declined could mean that you pre-ordered the content but at the moment of the release you payment method rejected the purchase so the process wasn't completed

If you played the content before, probably was trough a game pass subscription or game sharing with a different account
