    I bought several Pack of Digital Coins for the Game and did not receive them


    Dear, Good afternoon!

    I made the purchase of 6 units of the Assassin's Creed IV Black Flag Game Pack in my Xbox Live account, directly on the Microsoft website. According to Microsoft the purchases went perfectly well, however, the credits of the respective packages were not
    computed in my games. I would like to know how to proceed with this case, because I bought these resources, but I did not receive them in-game.

    Coins are not credited

    I also just purchased the 9.99 coin pack on 8/7/15 and did not receive them. But when I tried to buy the 1.99 coin pack it worked just fine. Help please

    Problem with gold purchases

    I bought 2 of the 1000 gold coin packs and 1 500 coin pack and haven’t gotten them in game but gotten all my starter pack purchases any help would be great

    The charge is for Apex coins, twice at a cost of 7.19 each.

    I bought Apex coins on 20th but didn't receive them. I eventually received them yesterday, after several chats with EA. But on the 21st and again on 24th payments for 7.19 were taken from my paypal account for Apex coins. I only ordered them once.

    This same thing is happening to me. But the game was Apex Legends. I bought a $20 pack of apex coins and didn’t receive the coins. Though the purchase was in my billing history. Even if I wanted to refund it I can’t, I’m out of refunds. This is happening on Xbox.
