I have to agree. Spending $180 on a controller should have at least a 6 month warranty like Scuf. They partnered up with Scuf to redesign. I have not had any issues yet and hope not to.

All SCUF controllers come with at 6-month (180 day) warranty from the date your order is delivered to you. All accessories come with a 30 day warranty from the date you received your accessory. Warranty periods are as listed, unless otherwise required by
applicable law.

I bought Xbox Wireless Elite Series 2 Controller, Here in EU (Greece) all controllers have 1 year warranty and the Series X/S consoles 2 years.

Yes it is one year from the date of purchase as stated by section 1c of the warranty agreement.

"Warranty Period" for Xbox 360 S, means 1 year from the date You purchased it; and for Accessories, means 90 days from the date You purchased it.

Since you purchased it from a separate person on ebay the warranty would count from when they purchased the console from a retailer not from when you purchased it from them.

Still not running. It says the same message, "The Xbox 360 title isn't installed. You can reinstall it (...)"

I already reinstalled, and reinstalled again. Perfect Dark is not working, simply not working. Conker's Bad Fur Day is fine, PD Zero is fine, but the 1st PD, not fine. I bought it digitally on the Microsoft store and it's an Xbox Series S (not 360, One, Series X.. it's the full digital (no cd/dvd/blueray) brand new Series S. The system is up to date.
