I bought second hand device but I realized that is banned on live.

Unfortunately device bans are permanent and cannot be lifted even if the device changes hands. My advice would be to return the console to where you bought it (if you can) and let them know it was banned.

You'll have to take it up with the seller.Console bans are never reversed,even if you bought the console second hand.
