    Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

    We need to make sure that you’re signed in under the correct account where the game was purchased.

    Please sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders and then check if you can see the order for the game from there stated as “completed”. Once confirmed, on your PC sign out both on Microsoft Store app as well as Xbox App and then quit before signing back in, make sure that it’s the correct Microsoft account.

    I have tried all of the messages you suggested but sea of thieves doesn't appear to show up in my library as a downloadable game, and there is no way for me to download it while using the xbox app and its companion.

    My copy of sea of thieves has disappeared. I haven't played it in a while but it says I never owned sea of thieves even though I purchased the game.

    No it shows nothing in my purchase history including when I subscribed to the game pass separately before I bought sea of thieves. No purchases show up.

    I no longer have Steam on my computer and I got a refund for Sea of Thieves from Steam so it's not even in my Library. I also uninstalled the Steam version of Sea of Thieves from my computer.
