    Its so stupid i cant play the game that i paid an overpriced $40 for because of the game pass. I bought this game to play with the boys but i cant play because xbox service wants me to pay for a game pass. Let me play the game i paid for. The error code
    is 0x803f800e and im playing on the xbox.

    If the power cycle doesn't help the other thing that you can try is simple. Remove your profile (the one you purchased the game with) then redownload your profile bavk onto the console. Your error code 0x803f800e should be gone when you start the game. Let

    Are you sure you're signed in with the same account you bought the game on? Gamepass is not required for any game you purchased outright

    Hi there,

    Thanks for reaching out to us in the forums for this issue.

    Try performing the hard reset exactly like this.

    Hold the power button on the console for 10 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 30 seconds. Plug the power cord back in and restart the console.
