hi. I bought recently an x box one. When i first connected it it showed me that i could benefit of one euro promo live god for a month.. that offer is gone and I do not understand why i cannot benefit anymore.. could you help me?

Need help with game PUBG for XBOX ONE

I recently bought PUBG for X BOX ONE and by the way when I started the game there was window saying " you need a X BOX LIVE GOLD account to play" . But the box was marked " it was enough to have an account X BOX LIVE" that's all, no GOLD, so suddenly I do
not know what to do, I would like soma advice, thank you for you help.

 

X box gold

Just bought xbox gold and it even shows on my account. However i cannot do anything that comes with gold. Every time i do it tells me to buy x box gold. I thought it was a problem with the x box gold card, so i subscribed. Now it says Im subscribed, but
i still cannot do anything related to x box gold it still redirects me to buy gold.

 

promotions are random nor can support retrigger it

You are just going to have to wait for the next time and get it immediately

 

IId you already used the one month promotion either you have to switch to something else or wait for the next one those are one time promotions you will just have wait for the next time

You can alalways buy one year etc or prepaid memberships but ya There is no continuous promotions

AsAs you agreed to the regular pricing once it ended
