    I Bought Quantum Break on Amazon and have still not received the code for Alan Wake

    I bought a download code for Quantum Break from Amazon on 05/27. When I bought the download code, it said Microsoft would send me a code for Alan Wake 7-10 days after I download quantum break. To date, I have not received any code. However, I have
    completed Quantum Break. What else do I need to receive the Alan Wake code?

    Quantum Break, Still Waiting to Receive the Preorder codes

    I Pre-Ordered Quantum break and have not received any of the codes. I Still have not Received the codes for Alan Wake, Alan Wake: American Nightmare and Quantum Break on Windows 10. I was told to post the issue here.

    Hey there IronMan72,

    We're happy to help with this, to clarify though. When did you purchase the game? In order to qualify for the Windows 10 code, you needed to have purchased the game through the Xbox Store before the release date on 5/5/16 per the instructions
