I bought Overwatch: Origins Edition and it says I do not own it

I would make sure you are logged into the account you made the original purchase with, Also check your purchase history

If you do see the purchase in your purchase history and you are still not able to play the game then I would suggest contacting Xbox support by phone at 1-800-469-9269 ( 1-800-4MY-XBOX.)

Yeah I get that as well. Even when the game disc is in the console!

It's just another hiccup with the OS.

I do not see an option to buy or gift Overwatch Origins editon in the Microsoft or Xbox store. I own the game as well so I signed out of my account to see if it was a glitch. After signing out I found a notation under the redeem code box that states Overwatch
Origins Edition is currently not available. My guess is unless you have a code the Origins Edition is no longer available for purchase.

I got mine from a CeX store and because it said origins edition on it i got the legendary packs and skins with it, but only bought the standard overwatch

I scrolled down to digital to attempt to reinstall overwatch after uninstalling it and it doesnt even say I got it for free with the game pass. It is the Overwatch Origins Edition now it is saying that I have to purchase the Legendary Edition to play.
When I specifically wanted the origins edition, since I am new to the game. I played a few games on August 1st and then suddenly I came back from vacation on August 10th and tried to play and it told me that It wasnt downloaded on the correct account but It
was. So i decided to try to reinstall the game now I cant even do that. I just want to play the game and some of my other friends are able to play on the origins edition they had gotten from the Game Pass as well. Any help would be greatly appreciated, sorry
for the lengthy message! Just want this to get fixed!
