I bought on Amazon Mx an xbox live gold suscription, it rejects me, what can I do?

Hi,

When I try to access to online features, it tells me that I no longer have a Xbox Live Gold suscription. But I still have the suscription until january 2020. And when I go to check my suscriptions, it tells me that I have Xbox live gold until january 2020.
But it still tells me I don't have it when I try to go online, with every games and tells me to extend my suscription.

Is there anything to do or should I just wait until it is fixed ?

It is happening with me too. And it is late to talk with microsoft just tomorrow. Please somebody help us. the Live Gold Service is not cheap enouth to fail like this way mainly for who live in Brazil. I hope you can understand my english. Waiting for solution

I have de same problem.... in my account i have suscription to xbox live but in the xbox one is not conected and he ask me about buy xbox live gold U___U

Something similar happened to me too. I just bought mx Xbox 360 today and wanted to log in to Xbox Live as I had a download code for Crysis 2 along with codes for 3 months Xbox Live Gold membership. I opened an Xbox Live account via my pc and upgraded it
using the codes for Gold membership. Everything went well, in my pc I can log in to Xbox Live account and see that I have a 3 months Gold membership.

Now when I tried to sign in to the Xbox Live via my Xbox 360, it says that " Thie Windows Live ID is associated with a different gamertag. Enter another Windows Live ID and password".

What does that actually mean?

does your xbox live gold suscription still active? if not you can only play games of xbox 360 that were on games with gold

Hi, you should do this with a unique connection connected to the PC and Xbox. Test with Ethernet cable. You should try to configure some things, but are you sure that the game or DLC in question is connected to yours? You could ask Microsoft for

What I'm trying to do is download Xbox One free gold games this month without having an Xbox One (I got the 360), but up to now I had been able to do that.

Im starting to guess the problem is my last month using Gold time was last September, then I have been 5 months without Gold, then this March I bought a 3 months suscription so I can get these new games... The suscription is active and I was able to download
the free gold game for xbox 360, the problem is when I try to get the Xbox One free games... I will post the link to the video again so you can see what the issue is:
