    Why is my xbox connection not working

    So my xbox 360 does not work, when I bought it I did not know how to activate xbox live, and there was a xbox 12 month membership I redeemed it, I did work it accepted the code, but I could not go online and play multiplayer? why???

    xbox live gold help

    I just bought xbox live gold 1 month on my debit card and it did not work so I tried it again and it still did not work and I just checked my balance on my checking account and was billed 2 times so any help to get it working or my money back?

    Xbox Live Gold subscription is not linked to a console but to a profile, so did you buy a Gold subscription with your profile?

    If yes, did you check if there was a code to redeem?

    I have found an answer to this problem. I loaded my xbox live profile to another xbox and bought the DLC map pack then went back to my own xbox and hit download again and it worked....Let me know if this helped it did for me!
