    I believe that I should have access to all modes and not just the above mentioned. i feel robbed to honest.

    I will give it a try and revert. Just for clarity, I am not on game-pass since I purchased the full game mode, I feel I should have access without game pass

    Sadly, to play an online multiplayer game mode an Xbox Game Pass Core or any Xbox Game Pass subscription is required. This is like what we used to have before which is the Xbox Live Gold subscription.

    Kindly make sure that the game is successfully purchased under the account that you're using, by signing in to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders, ensure that it is showing as "completed".

    Once confirmed that it is purchased under the correct account, for cases like this what we initially need to do is quit the game and perform power cycle in that way once you launch the game your in-game data will just re-sync.

    Kindly quit the game and follow the steps below before you re-launch the game.

    1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off. ​​​

    If that still didn't work, Go to "My games and apps" > Installed games > Highlight the game > Press the Menu button > Go to "manage games and add-ons" > Click the game icon.
