    I bought Minecoins and it didn't give me them...


    So, yesterday I redeemed a $10 Microsoft Store giftcard from Microsoft rewards and bought $10 worth of mine coins from them.

    There were a lot of errors during the process, such as cannot connect to a server,

    something went wrong please try again later, and failed to complete purchase.

    It confused me since I have a fairly fast internet connection, ranging from a minimum of 80megabits to 180megabits.

    My upload is capped at 10megabits and I have no proxy connections that I am aware of.

    Right now, I would rather have a refund then the mine coins. have already submitted a refund request but have heard nothing back.

    I have pictures of my zero mine coin balance not that I think it matters.

    Everything says it went through, the order shows up, I just don't know what to do.

    I am posting the order numbers down here.

    Mojang support as the items purchased are in game and we do not handle the distribution of in game currency for this game.
