I bought (mighta been on my son's account) and now it is gone

On or about June 20, 2016 I paid $4.50 for this game. Played some. Fun. Went to play last week and it is no longer listed as being among our game purchases. There is notice that it is part of a part of a bundle now.

Swell, but not cool that it isn't in our account any more.

Tried to post question to support on line: failed and advised I call. I called and it advised I post on line.

Any advice?

lost son's profile

When i bought xbox live i also set up a account for my two son's to play too ,me and one of my boys accounts are still there but the other one has gone ?he is still on my buddy list so ive tried to recover his profile but as there all on my email address
it just recovers my profile??/ help please.

 

My sons hacked account

My son's account was hacked 3 days ago, i phoned xbox and talked to an agent who said it would take 10 to 14 days to settle things.

I am extremely upset to have now seen a person playing that character in front of my face playing his Halo game, it ticks me off to no end after being assured that for now that account was now locked till it was investigated.

What on earth is going on, do employees lie to customers ?

I now feel like ending my account and my netflix, the trust in xbox is now gone.

 

You may want to double check your transactions at
http://commerce.microsoft.com to make sure the game was actually purchased (on either account). That game was free to play for a while around that same time, so a lot of people thought they did purchase it, but had actually only played during the free period.
If that is the case, then the game would need to be purchased in order to play.
