i bought mayhem for xbox 360 and none of the achievements will unlock

i bought mayhem for xbox 360 and none of the achievements will unlock. i should have half the achievements unlocked all ready. mayhem is an awesome game. i just don't know what to do here as none of the achievements will unlock even though i did what was
needed to unlock them. what if anything can i do beside's clearing cache as i tried that, to get the achievements to unlock?

No achievements unlocking.

I can't seem to unlock any achievements on Xbox one anymore, since about a week ago (4th July), the last achievement I unlocked on Xbox one was the 25th of June and I have unlocked achievements on the Xbox 360 since then. I have tried using a different account
and I can't unlock on achievements on that account either. I've wait about a week for some achievements to unlock but none have.

 

Achievements for ghost did not cross over?

I played ghost on my 360, just bought it for xbox one and I am redoing all achievements and getting gamerscore for them, none of my 360 achievements for ghost crossed over to xbox one?

 

Here is the achievement list with solutions for most of the achievements. Only thing I can think of is read the solutions to see if you overlooked something. Also see if other people commented on them.

that site had this: This title does not unlock achievements if installed to a hard drive. that is weird. i will uninstall it and play it and see if that helps.
