    GTA V bonus content money card was not recieved

    when I bought gta v on Xbox marketplace I bought the package to receive 1.5 mil in game money. I never recieved the money and I contacted support. I have a reference code if that helps
    [mod removed]. I was told I did not receive the bonus bc there was a licensing issue. Can you help?

    Dragon coins missing for Trove.

    I did not receive my dragons for Trove. I worked all six weeks on that game and still received nothing.

    Unfortunately you would have had to follow up with support at the time of the promotion. Since it's been well over a year since the promotion ended, there would no longer be a way to get a code.
