  1. I bought hogwarts legacy it's been more then 5 working days it's not under my order history...


    So about a week ago or 2 I bought hogwarts legacy for Xbox one the money went off my account twice and then gave error

    The money is still not back in my account

    The game is not under my order history

    The game says i still need to buy it

    Can someone please help me because i have tried contacting everyone

    Just a gentle reminder that we are only Xbox gamers like you here in the community. We are not Microsoft employees and we do not have tools to access your account or any Microsoft System.

    Based on your description, it might be possible that the game was purchased on a different account.

    Kindly sign in to all of your email accounts on account.microsoft.com > order history > select the date of range when you purchased Hogwarts Legacy.

    Also, check the accounts' Order History of your family members or friends who might have been using your Xbox console or Windows PC frequently at your home. It might be possible that the game was purchased on one of their accounts.

    If you're still unable to find the game transaction and you have been charged from your payment method, I highly recommend you reach out directly to Microsoft Xbox Support again for further escalations as they have the only tools and resources to properly investigate your account transaction and licenses. I would also suggest you provide them the billing statement that you have been charged for the game:

    I checked my bank and there’s a transaction for $60 on 12/5/22 and hogwarts legacy was the only game I pre ordered/paid for at that time for that price but when I went to Xbox transaction there’s no payment for hogwarts legacy it’s like I never pre ordered/paid for it

    Yea I have the Same Problem. I bought some Xbox games from GameStop, said digital so I could get them on my pc. I redeemed them. Checked order history and said they were completed but they aren't in my library. I got Hogwarts legacy and NBA 2K 24.
