    I bought hogwarts legacy deluxe edition of cd keys


    I bought hogwarts legacy deluxe edition from cd keys and I made sure it was the new Xbox version for the Xbox I have and now when I click into the game it says I don’t own it and if I do I must Sign in online even though I am. This cost me a fortune I am not a rich guy so the fact this has happened has really really infuriated me I can’t believe it. I’ve used cd keys loads and the code worked so it’s not the game it’s the Xbox and I don’t know why. Sorry for sounding angry but it is 100% not mine or cd keys fault.

    Legacy and legacy gold

    Legacy had both

    You just need to find the xbox one copy in yoir ready to install library

    Purchases from unapproved third party vendors are not supported. If the site sells codes and nothing else, it’s probably not approved. Examples of approved retailers would be Amazon, Beat Buy, GameStop, Walmart target etc.

    Often if codes are cancelled they are obtained using stolen funds or otherwise from an unauthorized source. This is one of the many reasons only authorized retailers are allowed

    I have the exact same issue , only with Elden Ring , bought hogwarts legacy not long ago ( from cdkeys ) and works without issues , but yesterday bought Elden ring worked fine for a few hours and today says I have to buy it again , can see it in order history but not game library , been told by Xbox support to wait for their server maintenance to finish because this is happening to a lot of people, doesn’t matter if bought through Xbox or redeemed code, hopefully they fix it soon as I feel your pain right now :/
