I bought GTA and now they said I don't have its because of the preview program and I want to play my gta and I lost my money because of the preview program i call it in and it's show I bought the game but I don't the the entitlement

Okay so I bought GTA 5 for Xbox One last year around New Years and now it says I have to re buy the game when I have the transaction under my recent transactions and it's not letting me play the game or even says that I own and I can show the transaction
too.

Hello, two days ago I made a purchase by credit card of the game (Diablo 3) of xbox one that was made in the promotion for who is a gold member, and the game has already been charged by the banking agency for the price of the game (65 , 67R $), and the game
was not available for dowlaod, I do not intend to pay a purchase I did not receive.

Hey there xpert ninja19,

What error message or error code are you currently seeing on the console? This could be directly related to the Xbox One review program.

For example, right now if you purchase a game on a preview console using the new dashboard and are home sharing these games with another console that's not in the preview program. The purchase wouldn't be recognized until the update is made public.

On the login prompt in the java launcher, go back. You'll see the mojang account you had been signing into - ignore it, and add a new account to the launcher. Using the email address associated with the microsoft account you just migrated to, sign in with the email address and password of your microsoft account. It's not an elegant migration on the UX side of things, but it does work.

It appears the Windows 10 launcher is bugged.

Sadly that did not fix it. Still tells me to buy it. None of the versions are available, only the demo.

I found the issue!

Seems when I migrated, my PC logged into the usual Microsoft account. Had to remove the acocunts and add them again. Its fixed now, thanks!
