@I bought gold membership and I tried fits the code however the same error pops up on the page as well as on xbox360

After purchasing Overwatch, my membership is over.

I bought a new Xbox One.

And, we registered Gold membership trials.

And, I bought Overwatch.

After playing the game, the two-week Gold Membership is over.

So, I can not overwatch.

You will be asked to purchase a new Gold Membership.

Can I cancel my Overwatch purchase?

Purchasing An Xbox Live Gold Membership

Have you purchased an Xbox Live Gold membership? If so, how much time did you pay for - a month, 3 months, or a year? Did you buy a family membership? I wish we would bought the family membership now, since we have 3 people who all want separate gold accounts and only 1 of them currently has one. It would have been so much cheaper than buying 3 separate accounts!!

the same thing has happened to me, im assuming it takes a while for the xbox to realize i bought gold membership, but it wont let me play, just now bought gold membership (12 months)

Are you sure that you bought a gold membership? Even if you changed it to an adult account, that doesn't mean it has gold membership?
