Error code and "Cant download game"

Okay so i just bought call of duty black ops 2, for some reason it says it "cant download" I have over 300GB avaliable and have searched everywhere but cant find out why, i also get this error code when going into account managment that says "Status code:
8C150009" I tried the xboxs error code search there was nothing there aswell as i cant find anything on youtube, please help!

Hi there,

please double check http://account.microsoft.com/services to see if the subscription is showing there.

If the subcription shows, try the following steps

Remove profile from the console (Make sure you know the account credentials for the account, since you will need them later)

Perform the manual power cycle steps like mentioned on the following link, be sure to wait at least 60 seconds before powering on again:
Restart or Power Cycle Xbox One Console

Redownload your profile

If these steps fail, then its best to contact Xbox Support (via twitter @XboxSupport, Phone or Microsoft Support Chat) at

Hey Here is a link to the error code troubleshoot on microsoft support, I hope this will help, if it doesn't work then

reach out to Microsoft to see what is happening. It could be a issue on their end
