I bought Gears of War 4 standard edition and 2 of the codes for the older games do not work.

I have the standard edition of Gears of War 4 but bought on pre-order codes so I will come or not?

What is the specific error that you get when you try to redeem your codes? Issues with redeeming the Gears of War codes is something we see a lot of an oftentimes, it's because there is a region mismatch between your Xbox Live account and your physical location.
Double check that your >>account matches your physical location<< and try again.

Just to clarify, you get the Gears of War collection (1, 2, 3 and Judgement) with both the Standard or Ultimate edition of Gears of War 4. See here

You'll receive your codes for the titles within 1 month via an Xbox Live message. Codes are being sent out in waves, so it's hard to estimate a more precise time-frame (though they have already started to be sent out).

I still haven't gotten my codes for the additional gears of war games from 360 this sucks that's the whole reason I bought the ultimate edition of gears 4

I have the same problem, I bought the xbox one S gears of wars 4 limited edition and I still don't have the code for the Gears of wars collection ....
