    i bought Gears of war 4 but haven't yet got codes for the complete 360 edition


    I have purchased gears of war 4 but didn't get the code for the complete 360 edition as promised which includes the 360 gears of war (1,2,3 and judgment)

    I was told by costumer service that this is the place where my issue can be resolved within 24.

    bought gears limited edition and havent received my codes for gears 2 yet.

    I bought the limited edition for gears 4 and I received some of my codes for the previous gears games but I haven't received a code for gears 2 yet...need some help.

    Purchased and installed Gears of War 4 Ultimate Edition for Xbox One in 2016 but haven't received the codes for the previous editions of Gears of War yet.

    if you read the actual promise it's not within 24hours and support only.means someone will answer you within 24hour

    Redeem Gears of War 4 on Xbox Live by December 31 2016. Tokens for download will be sent in waves through Xbox Live in-dash message system within one month of redemption.
    Must be 17+. Xbox One, broadband internet (ISP fees apply) and Xbox Live membership required. Not available in all markets. See www.GearsofWar.com for the latest information.

    You are going to have to wait for your turn in the code waves

    Keep in mind your account region must reflect your actual region or you will have issues redeeming th codes

    I still haven't gotten my codes for the additional gears of war games from 360 this sucks that's the whole reason I bought the ultimate edition of gears 4
