I bought game pass ultimate on xbox one and didnt get it.

So i just realised that my game pass ultimate it about to run out. I ended my subscription because i was gonna wait a bit until i bought it again. I ended it and then straight after i find out money has been taking out of my account for the xbox game pass
ultimate. I was lime oh well it just means i have it now instead of buying it a bit later but i dont have access to any online or game pass games now and it has taken the money out for it? What can i do?

you stated you cancelled it, this means you cancelled it just as they renewed it, you would need to contact customer services to sort this out.

i pre ordered dying light ultimate edition but when it got released i check xbox store it shows me i still have to buy ultimate edition and that i have dying light the normal edition bought and installed , i checked the payment billing from my email and
told me i bought the ultimate edition. And i still didnt get the add ons, but i got the season pass

Thats True, when i upgrade from Xbox Live Gold and Xbox game Pass to Xbox Game Pass ultimate the remaining credit in both subscriptions was converted to Xbox Game Pass Ultimate and i didnt pay the subscription for 2 months since the change was made.

At the third month microsoft start to bill me the subscription of ultimate.

Fallout 76 is an online only game, so you need Gold or Game Pass Ultimate in order to play it.

I initially bought it when I got my Xbox one. And then I signed up for ultimate game pass and now I can’t get it back to my normal Console game.
