    No gems from buying xbox one x

    Is it for every $1 spent in microsoft store you get 1 gem? because i bought a xbox one x from the microsoft store but didnt get any gems from it. Any answers are greatly appreciated.

    I noticed that I haven't point for buying game on xbox store, no points for xbox gold.

    usually never check but i bought this week the xbox one s and wanted to see if live rewards was correct.

    Dude... when I bought the games to get the 1200 Points I didnt even know there is such a thing as "promotional points" because microsoft didnt make it clear to me.

    You'll want to contact support. There was an outage about this time yesterday so you may have purchased it during that time and something messed up on the servers. You can request a call back or chat with support at http://support.xbox.com/contact-us If you're not seeing those options, change your category/topic until you do. Billing & Subscriptions and "I don't recognize a charge" usually works for me.
