I bought fifa 16 and the download never starter

I bought from amazon, but it doesnt matter anymore because I rebought fifa.

Sorry to hear that the code has already been used. If you're on an Xbox One, let's have you visit Games & Apps and scroll to the right under Games. Does Fifa 16 show up under Ready To Install?

If you're not seeing the game under your Ready To Install list, is it possible another user on the console was signed-in when you originally redeemed the code? Also, where did you pre-order the code? Was it from a verified retailer?

If you bought a FIFA 16 Xbox One bundle, there should have been a code within the box for FIFA 16 as a full download, separate from EA Access. There should have been a card with a silver rectangle (you scratch away the silver part ot reveal the code) in
the box the console came in.

Hello! Bought my son and Xbox 1 bundle for Christmas, in a bundle with the lego Jurassic park disc, and a download of fifa 16. He has just decided he wants to download Fifa 16, however we have lost the download code. How do I either find out what the code
