I bought Fallout 4, there is no Russian localization

Good afternoon. The matter is that I live in Spain, but arrived from Russia. Therefore on my Xbox One I choose the region - Russia, and free, Gold, games are established in Russian. But when it is necessary to get game, I pass into the region Spain and I
pay for game with the Spanish cash card, then I pass into the region Russia, and I begin game installation already in this region. Earlier, all bought games were established with the Russian localization, but bought by me, Fallout4, was established without
Russian, and even without Spanish, completely English-speaking. How it is possible to localize game? I hope for your help. Yours faithfully.

Russian subtitles in Fallout 4

Hello, I bought a game fallout 4 in the xbox store, but there are no Russian subtitles.

 

Fable 2 (Trilogy Bundle) localization

Hello. I bought Fable 2 for my Xbox 360 and found there is no russian language available. After some googling I found this:

It says trilogy bundle supports russian language, also I saw some posts Fable 2 got digital russian localization. So I bought bundle. But after downloading it I found it's the same version and it still lacks russian language.

How do I get version with russian language?

here. It does appear that you can select different languages for voice and text depending on your region. Are you able to select the language you prefer if you change the

language settings on the Xbox One console?
