I bought Elder Scrolls Online but my xbox says I dont own it

I bought Elder Scrolls Online but my Xbox One is telling me that I don't own the game. I am hoping to get my game back, I'm not looking for my money back even though it was $60. I just want to be able to play my game.

achievement progress for elder scrolls online

i bought elder scrolls online for xbox one from Microsoft Store but the achievements are not being added to my gamerscore. around the time of purchase, i received a message saying local cache full and achievements may be affected. i cleared the local cache
and achievements from other games appeared but not elder scrolls. the game says I've got the achievement but i dont get the Xbox banner notification and they dont appear on my gamerscore as it says all achievements are still locked

problem buying microsoft store

Hello, yesterday I bought The Elder Scrolls Online: Morrowind Upgrade at 19.99 euros and today I bought The Elder Scrolls® Online: Mise niveau Summerset - Prepurchase at 29.99 but The Elder Scrolls Online: Morrowind Upgrade is included in the one of today.
I do not find that normal. Thank you for making the refund The Elder Scrolls Online: Morrowind Upgrad at 19.99.

Sorry to hear it. Please try power cycling the console by holding the power button on it for 10 seconds until it shuts down to see if that helps. If it does not then you'll need to delete and reinstall the game.

I would go with Final Fantasy but since we're talking about Xbox I would have to say Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim and Elder Scrolls Online are my fav RPG for Xbox.

I really love the elder scrolls games, I have for a very long time. Which is why I have no interest in the elder scrolls online. What makes the elder scrolls exceptional, what gives it its own flavor, is its focus on the single player immersion. Taking WOW
mechanics and setting them in the elder scrolls universe really holds no interest for me.

I have a similar issue too but with elder scrolls 4 oblivion instead. Just bought it and it’s asking me to buy again and still has game pass tag on it too but the other 2 games I bought in same transaction say I own them.
