I Bought EA Play for Early Access on My Computer for XBox ... EA Play is Telling Me I Need...

because you cancelled your subscription you can't play EA games that you downloaded from EA acces in order to play those games you need to buy or renew the EA acces subscription

I understand that, and as mentioned I cancelled EA Access. I am getting the message when I am playing GamePass games and Physical Discs. None of the games I am playing are licensed by EA, but I am get a notification that shuts down whatever game I am playing
to tell me to subscribe to EA Access to continue playing.

Edit: Also, I am currently subscribed to GamePass Ultimate until May.

That is corrrct ea play isn't shared and you are FORGETTING ONE important point because ea play isn't shared only subscribers can have early access since release is NOT till Nov.19th

Early play benefits only apply to purchaser as it's an account specific option

I originally got it through the EA Access on Xbox which has been renamed EA Play. My Xbox account is linked to my EA account on the EA app just fine. I believe I have it regardless of Xbox Game Pass since I do not have Game Pass. My problem is that on the Xbox console I can download the EA play apps but on the same account on the Xbox PC app I cannot download EA Play apps. I have been trying to get Star Wars Battlefront II which can be found on the Xbox App, which then tells me I have to have EA Play to download, which as previously explained I pay a subscription for and am able to use on my Xbox console. I am just confused as to why my EA Play works on the console but not the PC through the Xbox App on the same account.

purchasing ea play on pc is through ea app or via steam, if you have ultimate gamepass on xbox then you get access to ea play on the ea app on pc if the accounts are linked.

if you only have ea play on xbox then you need a separate sub for ea play with the ea app or steam.

For the early access trial you need to be an EA Access subscriber. Can you please confirm if you subscribe to EA Access?
