    i have the disk version but i wanted to have it digitally. but it does not appear in my list on Xbox but does show up on my account for microsoft,

    Did it give you some sort of error message when you tried to click on it?

    Have you checked your order history at account.microsoft.com to make sure the order did go through?

    Have you tried going to the store on the console to see if it shows that you can install it from there or if it says that you need to buy it?

    So it sounds like you possibly bought the DLC for the game and not the game itself.

    i uninstalled the disc version of the game

    its still not there

    and I did click the game prior without the disc and it did not run
