    I bought dark souls 3 deluxe edition and still havent received my dark souls 1 redeem code.


    I want to start my dark souls adventure from the beginning and thats the sole purpose I purchased dark souls 3 from xbox. I'll never get to play dark souls 3 if I never get my dark souls 1 code though, it just seems weird to buy content and then have to
    wait this long to play it. but seriously its been a week since my purchase, any help would be appreciated. thanks I bought dark souls 3 deluxe edition and still havent received my dark souls 1 redeem code. :)

    Official support hours are Monday-Friday 9am-5pm PST which is why they did not respond over the weekend. It should take about 7-10 days to receive the code after you make the purchase so you should be receiving it soon. If you still don't have it after 10
    days, you would need to post back.

    Smwutches is correct that it can take up to 10 days for the code to arrive, but I can say the appropriate team is working to get these codes out by the end of the week. If you don't receive your Dark Souls code by the end of the day on May 5th 2016,
    please post a new thread letting us know so we can take a closer look. In the meantime, keep an eye out on your Xbox Live messages! I bought dark souls 3 deluxe edition and still havent received my dark souls 1 redeem code. :)
