    Hi I bought 16000 credits for rainbow six siege yesterday via a gift card code but it still hasn't shown up I did not have xbox game pass when I bought it but got it today to see if I got them and still no, I have done everything ik from restarting the xbox to even trying a completely different console and it doesn't show up at all I sent an email to ubisoft AND Microsoft but got no help at all they didn't do anything for me I even showed proof that I bought the credits and showed them that it was still in my order history on xbox. What do I do I just want my credits man

    XBL Gift cards the victims are outta luck. The card makers won't do anything if you gave him the number. Credit cards you can dispute. Don't give anyone any codes or numbers you want to keep over XBL.

    The reason why Microsoft won't do this is because some claim the gift card rewards and other receive gift cards from Microsoft during promotions which cannot be swapped for money equivalent.

    If you paid for this gift card instead it would only come back how it was originally bought for legal reasons. If you think it's unfair you can contact Microsoft directly on their website or use credit/debit card in future.
