Bought Cod Ghost Digital/Hardened Ed, Not Installing, Help

I just bought the digital hardened edition of CoD Ghost off the Xbox Store, and it's not installing. Everytime I press 'install' it just does nothing. Please help.

Error code 0x80070057 call of duty ghost

Hey guys! I bought the Hardened edition and I had the same code (0x80070057) poping in my face but I found in my ready to installed game Call of duty Ghost Gold edition along with the season pass. It is not yet install so I don't know if it works but it
is a start.

Hi, the hardened edition is the gold edition with all the dlc, so if you download the gold edition, then move to the game, and press the menu button on the controller, then select manage game, all the dlc should be listed for you to download free of charge.

I'm having the same problem at my Gamestop here in California. I bought the COD Ghost Hardened edition 360, and I never got a coupon emailed to upgrade.. but I received the ones for Fifa, and Battlefield. I went to my gamestop and they said they think since
it was the hardened edition, the coupon doesnt show up. They didn't want to take in the a traded game because the value would be lower and I would have to pay more money for the Xbox One version. They said the deal was set up by Microsoft and that I should
contact them. Can you look into this please??

I spent more and got the extras that the hardened had, i don't need another hardened edition, I just want to pay $10 for the standard edition.

There's a reason why there isn't a digital version of Forza 5 LE. The reason it's a limited edition is because you get the hardened case and what comes in it. Just like there won't be a digital version for Call of Duty Ghosts hardened or prestige editions
because of everything that comes with those editions.

stuck with it, or, it would of been sold, 2 weeks after i bought it. No more Hardened editions for me.

I'm a COD guy, but this game tops the cake. No more from IW, for me.

Hi Itz Barbosa,

From your Xbox, open up your games and apps library and then under Games at the top, scroll over to "Ready to Install". Games you own that have not been installed will be found here. You can also go to the Microsoft Store app on the Xbox, search for COD
Ghosts and white text with a check mark will be indicated above the cover art that you own the title. You can scroll over to the right and select Install.

Anytime you buy something directly from the Store on your Xbox, everything included in the edition will immediately go to your download Queue. I recommend double checking your game library in case it didn't already download.
