Hello , somebody please help i bought black ops map pack apocalypse and i geted one time to 99% and it just said cant download , so i went again to store and it said i need to pay for that but i payed first time , now its seems they stole from me my money
. Please help somebody maybe i didnt tried somethings? Btw license transfer will be after 4months

I noticed dr3 installing, and I did not purchase it, I had bought the game on disc already and did not like it so I returned it, Can anyone help? Is it possible my accounts been hacked? I deffinatly did not purchase this game.

I doubt your account has been hacked. You should have received a billing confirmation email if you bought the game. Check this link

Hello Lietuvis,

Go to Settings>Account>Download History on the Xbox 360 console and you should see the map pack near the top of the list. Hit A to bring up a pop-up and confirm you wish to download it.

This should let you download and access the content.

i buy a gift card and i use the code before i use the xbox live gold menbership and i cant use the funds to purchase item please help me.

I'd like to preface my response by telling you that you should create your own threads when you have an issue, especially when the issue is different than the one in the thread you're posting in. With that said, if I'm understanding your issue correctly,
you cannot purchase gold with the funds in your Microsoft Account. You need to use a credit/debit card or PayPal for that.
