I bought Black Ops 3 on Xbox One, how do I download it onto the Xbox 360?

Recently I bought Black Ops 3 on my Xbox One and I want to download it onto my Xbox 360 that I have back home (I use the same Xbox Live account for both). However I'm having trouble doing this, I know Black Ops 3 is both a 360 and a Xbox One game so I don't
know what the problem is. I looked on the purchase history and it shows that I bought it, however I can't figure out how to download it/ it doesn't show up on "my games and apps." Any assistance would be appreciated.

Pre-ordered games On Xbox One

HI Guys, a few months ago I pre-ordered Call of Duty Black Ops 3, Yesterday I went onto the xbox one for the first time in ages. I went to games and apps COD black ops 3 wasn't there! It wasn't in 'Ready to Install' as well. I then went to the Xbox store
and looked up Call of Duty Black Ops 3. it then said pay $99.95. But I've bought it!! and i have prove that i made that purchase. I'm stuck! what do I do?

You would need to purchase the 360 version in order to download and play the game on the 360.

That doesn't make sense. I've bought games on my 360 (South Park: The stick of truth, Just Cause 2, Halo Reach) and I can download them onto my Xbox one because of backwards compatability. I'm sure if I bought BO3 on the 360 that I'd be able to do the same.
Besides it's already purchased for my account, you can't buy a game twice.

Yes, that does work with backwards compatible games, but Black Ops 3 is not a backwards compatible game. There are several games that have been released on both the 360 and One and are seen as separate versions of the game. Sometimes the publishers have
deals where you can upgrade to the One version for free if you purchase the 360 version, but it doesn't work backwards.

In order to play Black Ops 3 on the 360, you would need to purchase the 360 version.

Same is happening to me.

1. Reset Router

2. Turned Xbox One off completely, unplugged all wires, waited for brick light to turn off.

3. Set Xbox One/Xbox 360 ports to forward through firewall

4. Set Black Ops 2 ports to forward through firewall

5. Set Xbox One to a static IP address

6. Cleared Xbox One/Xbox 360 cached data

7. Uninstalled Black Ops 2

8. Reset router to default settings

9. Signed out of Xbox One, removed profile, launched BO2, went to 360 Dashboard, signed in, signed in on Xbox One Dashboard, re-downloaded Profile onto 360.

I have contacted support 3 times. No fix.
