I Bought Black Friday Bundle From Microsoft.com Wheres my Downloadable Games???

Bought the Black Friday Refurbished Console with Kinect 3 Downloadable Games and 1 New Game, got the Console/Kinect and New Game but not the 3 Downloadable Games? Suppose to be Like Ultimate Dance/Ryse/and Forza 5, i got nothing?????

Still havent received the Gears codes for 1/2/3

I got my brother the Gear of War Xbox bundle so I have someone to play with and gameshare, would the bundle qualify for the game codes? Bought on Microsoft store during black friday sale

Bought a bundle including choice of downloadable game but can't find where to redeem code. Can anyone help please?

 

I'm looking for the same answer. Mine came with Forza 5 but I can't figure out how to be able to download it. Has anyone answered you yet?

bought xbox one bundel sunset overdrive and redeem a code for the game but were is my game its not in my games.

 

All games are digital and will be located on scratch cards found within the box. Find those cards, scratch them and enter the codes to download the games.

Barrel - There are 2 code on your scratch card. Please scratch the entire area to find the game download code.

 

NO *** CARDS IN MY BOX!!! STUPID MICROSOFT!!

 

If there were no cards in your box then you should contact The Microsoft Store support.

 

Check the email account that you used to place the order, they might've been sent to you by email.

 

I have the same issue ordered xbox one w/ kinect and free games. I open the box to find no codes for these games. Sounds like this is happening a lot ! So far i have contacted xbox customer support with resolution yet! Very frustrating since I want to
complete all required system updates and get the games downloaded. So xmas morn its ready to go.

 

I also checked all my emails including spam. Hopefully microsoft comes though . This is my very first xbox i hope i can get this figured out.

 

If they don't arrive via email you'll need to reach out to the Microsoft Store support team, as they're the location of purchase. They'll be able to help you out rather than Xbox Support.

Called microsoft a third time this time i was told i would get an email with the free game codes 10 days after I got my xbox in the mail. So I will wait and see . I will try to repost on the results.

 

Waited eleven days still no email with free game codes. Called microsoft and within 45min had codes in my inbox and even second customer support member emailed me the codes. Good to go now thanks!
