I bought battlefield 1 on the microsoft store, but apparently you can't play it on pc.

I bought it on the Microsoft store, expecting to be able to play it within a few hours. But I guess you can't play it on pc. Is there any way I can get a refund or something so this isn't a complete waste of time and money? I bought this game for 20 dollars,
and I can't even play it on my device.

BF1 is only available at the console store. In addition, when viewing the page of any game in the store, it displays information on which platforms the game is available to use (Console, PC, mobile, hololens).

Hi. Battle 1 is only playable on Xbox One if you buy it from the Microsoft Store. If you want to play the PC version, buy the one from the Origins EA store.

Only play anywhere games bought from xbox store or microsoft store on PC can be used on both console and pc. Games bought from steam can't.

No, you can't...at least you won't be able to buy it via the MS Store or play it via the MS Store as that platform only allows consoles.
