i bought assains creed the ezio collection and not points or movie ticket

please help I never got my season pass points for call of duty or my ezio collection movie or points

Didn't recieve my 15,000 points for buying Assail creed ezio collection

I receive my Assassin creed ezio collection with movie pass but did not recieve my 15,000 xbox reward points.

 

So i bought the ezio trilogy on an offer

i bought the Ezio trilogy from an email offering me 15k rewards and 8 dollars towards a ticket to assassins creed movie and i havent received any of the other stuff and i was wondering when i was gonna get the rewards and ticket printout?

 

As long as you purchased on or after December 1 from microsoftstore.com, the credit should show as pending about 15 days after the game shipped. The ticket will be in the game's case.
