    A refund doesn't get denied that fast, what you received probably was a message that you have already requested many, so you can't request again using the automatic request, you need to fill the request form

    Sometimes I have to close the game and restart the game to receive the Apex coins. That would usually fix the delay but if you did purchase, you'll receive your Apex coins.
