I bought and pre orders games still no points from you guys

so I preorder madden 18 and I got no points from you guys and this is not the first time this has happened I even buy movies and no points so what's the purpose of the program if I don't get anything sounds like your program is a scam I have been having
this problem for years now

Xbox Rewards pre-order points

I bought 3 pre-order games, and still appears to me that I just made 2 pre-orders, and I didnt recive my points. Please someone can help me with that?

How many Xbox One's do you think will be available on midnight release?

Yes I do believe there will be a lot without pre-orders. I pass by my local "EB Games" weekly on the way to work. Ever since the Xbox One pre-orders opened, the store had this sign up saying "Xbox One pre orders almost gone", and still to do this day that
sign is STILL there! The store has no such sign for the PS4 because all consoles were bought on the first week.

In order to receive credits, your purchases either have to be eligible for a specific offer on the site at the time or you need at least 1 star level in order to receive VIP rebates.

Madden should show as a punch on your games on demand punchcard. You would need 2 other eligible purchases in order to complete the offer and receive credits.

You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at
https://rewards.xbox.com/mymissions/ .

-or-

2. For non-offer purchases, you can earn Credits by earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases
back as MyVIP payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

In September 2014 we changed to the MyVIP policy. As a result, payback based off Gamerscore (MyAchievements) was discontinued. Also, as of July 2014, we do not award Credits for Xbox Live Gold renewals. MyVIP has a recalibration every year. At the end of
the year, we place you in your MyVIP rank for the new year based off your eligible spending from the previous year, and set your progress to the default state. This happened in September 2015 and December 2016. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress
at (Xbox Live Rewards).

Since that purchase did not complete any offer and was a pre-order, you did not get offer completion Credits or MyVIP Credits.

If you pre ordered from Amazon you got Savage Kantus which was emailed to me.

If you pre ordered from Play.com you got Mechanic Baird which game with the box.

If you pre ordered from Game you got Commando Dom which I don't have yet.

If you pre ordered from Gamestation you got some Savage Locust guy and I don't have that either.

Just so you guys know I pre ordered 4 copies to get the pre order bonuses but I've sold 3 games to some friends of mine whou didn't pre order but decided they wanted it after launch.

Bought it on Steam at midnight, been having alot of fun. Now I need to pick up my 360 pre-order from GameStop.

IDK why I bought 2 copies of it but hey I get the pre-order bonus lol.

Still this game is alot of fun and very good.

So basically i pre ordered Call of Duty: Modern Warfare III and when i pre ordered it it said i successfully bought it and i checked my balance and still saw €80 and at this point i wasn't aware that Microsoft changed the way you pre order on Xbox and get charged 10 days before release so i thought it was free money and spent and i can't refund anything because i met the limit of refunds please help
