    i bought a game and i can no longer play it

    Hello FreddoMuncher14, I hope everything is going well!

    I highly recommend following the troubleshooting steps here:

    After each step try to see if the issue is fixed!

    First, please select System > Settings > account > remove accounts and then select your account and select Remove to confirm.

    Then, hold down the power button for about 10 seconds, until the console shuts off, then unplug the power cord and wait for 2-3 minutes before plugging it back in and turn on the Xbox.

    If the issue persists, please select System > Settings > General > Network setting > Advanced settings > Alternate MAC address: clear

    Then, please select System > Settings > devices and streaming > blue ray > persistent storage > clear three times > restart console.

    If you are still encountering the same issue, please select System > Settings > System > Console info > Select Reset console > Choose Reset and keep my games and apps

    Hi there, so have you done the usual restarting the console? If you have, make sure that you're signed in to the console using the same account you used to purchase the game. Also, make sure that the console is connected to Xbox Live. If you keep experiencing
    the problem, contact Xbox Support.

    Can I play a DLC if i bought it on xbox and i would like to play it on PC?

    no you cannot, only selected play anywhere titles have DLC that moves between PC and Xbox and only on titles purchase from the Microsoft store

    Ubisoft handles all of their own games on PC and Microsoft does not stock them or EA titles

    Games sold directly from the Blizzard Entertainment website are PC only. Any games on there that are also for Xbox will redirect you to the Box.com website to buy them for the console.
