There's no way to merge gamertags and once a tag has been created there's no way to completely remove it from the service. You can use the recovery tool in order to be able to use the gamertag from the PC on the Xbox. You can find instructions on how to

This is the crux of your problem. When you deleted that new profile, you only deleted it from your Xbox 360 console, it still exists in on the Xbox Live service. There is no way to delete it from there. What you need to do
is the following:

• Create a new Windows Live ID (or use another one you have)
  
• Recover the gamertag that you deleted
  
  This link will show you how to do that.
  
• Change the Window Live ID to your newly acquire WLID
  This link will show you how to do that.
  

Now your main email address is available to use on the account you want it for

• Go into the (offline) account that you want and select "Join Xbox Live". It's important that the offline account is signed in when doing this.
  
• Now enter the WLID that you want for that account.
  
• If everything has been done properly your WLID will now be on your offline (now online) account
  

II have 3 profile on my Xbox one. I bought "live gold membership" on one of the profiles. Can all 3 profile use live gold to pay games whit.? Can I come how connect them 3 profile to live gold and games.?

I am havong the SAME issue.

I got an old offline profile, full of saved games. So yesterday I decided to play online and the site almost told me to create this one profile. I created it, but i can't merge my saved games and other stuff from the offline profile!

To upgrade my offline profile to a LIVE one on the email i got my GOLD LIVE, i need to exclude this profile "" I have now? How do I do that?

Please, if anyone can post how to exclude this one and promote the other profile to a live one, I would feel lots better
