I bought an Xbox Live Gold code but cant redeem it

HELP!

I bought an Xbox Live Gold code but cant redeem it.

When I enter the code in Xbox One, it loads for a while and shows me what product the code is for. But when I choose "Redeem" it gives me this error with yellow text, all the time: "An error occured. We saved it and Microsoft is fixing it. Please try again
later. " I tried 4 days in a row now and always the same issue. There is also "an error code" but it's different every time.

The code above "Cancel" and "Redeem" buttons is:

I even did a hard reset to my Xbox One, but it didnt help. The console is running latest Develpoer Preview.

Everything is fine with billing etc.

Today, I once again tried to activate the code. This time it passed! I did it on console. This is clearly one of the big issues Microsoft has to fix. So, my problem is "solved" for now.

 

Ok does the region of the code match your account region?

And yes its important that it does

Prepaid codes are region locked

We've been waiting "a little" for over a week now. Last time this problem just disappeared when I kept writing here. Maybe it helps this time too? LOL
