I bought an Xbox live gold 12 month card about a week ago and it didn’t work!

If the subcription shows, try the following steps

1. Remove profile from the console (Make sure you know the account credentials for the account, since you will need them later)
2. Perform the manual power cycle steps like mentioned on the following link, be sure to wait at least 60 seconds before powering on again:

3. Redownload your profile

Hi, I've been using the xbox 360 with that account. I bought 12 months xbox gold about 4 weeks ago and it was working fine. Just set up the xbox 1 again to play a new game but there doesn't seem to be any xbox live?

Hi so im trying to get a game from games with gold but it tells to join ultimate which my ultimate expired a couple weeks ago but i bought the 12 month xbox live gold thing but its not letting me get the free games and telling me to join ultimate or buy gold

When did you buy the 12 months Live Gold? Was it 4 months ago? I only ask as Live Gold bought whilst a GP Ultimate is active automatically changes the Gold to UGP...so 12 months Gold becomes 4 months UGP (based on price). If not, then please ignore me...just that I've seen a few recently who weren't aware Gold gets changed if a GPU is active and wondered why they had no Gold
