    I bought an Xbox Elite controller cable broke and now grip coming away.


    I bought an Xbox Elite controller and the cable had broken. When I tried to get support I was told I would have to send the controller back but it was only the cable that was broken. Now the rubber hand grib is starting to come away from the controller.
    I went on to the chat facility but this does not appear to be manned. I was hoping to find out how I get this resolved without having to be put through to an Indian call centre.

    Xbox One Elite Controller Grip keeps coming off

    My parents bought me a Xbox elite controller for Christmas last year and now the grip on the back of the controller are coming off. Is it possible for me to get another controller or how would I fix this?

    Hi Killa MikeTitan,

    Sorry the grip is coming off your Elite controller. Unfortunately Xbox accessories only have a 90 day warranty, and this includes the Elite controller. If you did purchase on day one, then the warranty would be expired. Your only option would be to replace
    the controller, or try to use an adhesive to get the grip to stick back down.

    Elite Controller Series 2

    I have the elite 2 and having issues with the rubber grips, they are coming away from the controller. I also have the charge light issue, it does come on far to early.

    The rubber on my elite controller is also coming away. Looked everywhere and I can't find anywhere that sells or has stock of the back cover and/or the side grips. :-(

    Series 2 Elite controller- any specifics on improvements regarding known problems?

    I was disappointed in the Elite when my bumper buttons broke. Also the rubber grips coming off as well. Hopefully these issues are & will be fixed for series 2.

    I only use Elite controllers. I had a couple of the black ones, but the rubber grips kept coming off. I'm currently using the white Elite controller. I've had it for about 7 months now, with no issues yet.

    I've bought 3 elite controllers and literally at 91 days of owning each of then the grip started peeling off. The worst part is if u try to put it back its like the grip is now to big for the controller and no longer fits correctly... this happened on all
